Refund policy

Witgoods items are printed when you order them. Each one is made for that order.

We replace the item, or refund what you paid for it, if it arrives damaged, with a print defect, or as the wrong item. Contact us within 30 days of delivery through the contact page on witgoods.ca. Include your order number and a photo of the item.

We cannot accept a return because you changed your mind, picked a size that does not fit, or entered the wrong shipping address.
